Members Present; Chairman Jeff Engelmann; Supervisor 1 Vicky Mueller; Supervisor 2 Brandon Taylor; Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris; Treasurer Hope Wesolowski

Members Absent: Supervisor 3 Matt Jicha

Others Present: Jack Pociask; James Pociask; Al Michaud; Tony Ochs

The Annual Budget Meeting was called to order by Chairman Engelmann

at 6:30 P.M.

Chairman Engelmann reviewed the 2025 proposed budget. He then asked for a motion to adjourn to Public Hearing

Supervisor Brandon Taylor made a motion to adjourn to Public Hearing. Seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Motion carried.

Supervisor Brandon Taylor made a motion to appoint Chairman Engelmann to Chair the Public Hearing; seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Motion carried.

Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to adopt the 2025 Town tax levy at $848,373.00 to be paid in 2026. Jack Pociask seconded; (8 Aye;0 Nay ).Motion carried.

Supervisor Vicky Mueller made a motion to accept 2026 Proposed Budget of $1,257,498 James Pociask Seconded; (8 Aye; 0 Nay) ;Motion carried.

Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to Grant Town Board of Supervisors the authority to set wages of elected Clerk & Treasurer; James Pociask seconded. (8 Aye; 0 Nay). Motion carried

At 6:35 PM, Supervisor Vicky Mueller made a motion to adjourn Public Hearing and move to Regular Board Meeting At 7:00 pm; Seconded by Hope Wesolowksi; Motion carried.
