Chairman Jeff Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7 P.M.
Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Mueller; Motion Carried.
Motion to Approve 10/14/25 Minutes as read was made by Supervisor Mueller; Seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Motion Carried.
Financial Report

Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor. Motion Carried
Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.
No Audience Comments
Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to accept GFL Contract; seconded by Supervisor Mueller; Motion Carried.
Board of Supervisors reviewed Wausaukee Fire District 2nd & 3rd Qtr. Report with no comments.
Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to accept Wausaukee Fire District Budget Report for 2026; seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor. Motion carried.
Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to table action on Wausaukee Rescue Squad Contract until Dec.9, 2025 Meeting; ; seconded by Supervisor Mueller; Motion Carried.
Supervisor Vicky Mueller made a motion to accept 2026 Proposed Budget of $1,257,498 Supervisor Brandon Taylor Seconded; Motion carried.
Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion approve Image Cast Election Hardware Maintenance Agreement; seconded by Supervisor Mueller; Motion Carried.
Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to approve -5-25 CSM REVIEW DALE AND KATHLEEN KELSEY TOWN OF WAUSAUKEE HUGH GUY LAND SURVEYOR; seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor. Motion carried.
Clerks’ comments included List of tax Liens in Town of Wausaukee; also noted Town received Notice of-Non-Compliance in regards to “Market Adjustment” which will take place in next couple years.
Clerk also spoke to the board on behalf of Property owner regarding “No engine Braking”. He would like to propose a resolution due to the great amount of noise generated by Engine Braking on Hwy XX between Hwy 180 and the Town of Middle Inlet be posted as a “No Engine Braking” area.
