Members Present: Chairman Jeff Engelmann; Supervisor 1 Vicky Mueller; Supervisor 3 Matthew Jicha; Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris; Treasurer Hope Wesolowski

Members Absent: Supervisor 2 Brandon Taylor

Others Present: Jack Pociask; Brian Hoffman; Al Michaud; Tony Ochs;

Chairman Jeff Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7 P.M.

Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Mueller Seconded by Supervisor Jicha; Motion Carried.

Motion to Approve Minutes as read was made by Supervisor Mueller; Seconded by Supervisor Jicha; Motion Carried.

Financial Report

BOH as of 09/30/2025

Checking $1,585.68

MM General Account $ 592,485.19

Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Mueller Motion Carried

Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.

Audience Comments included complaint of dogs barking & whether or not Town has an “Abandoned Car Ordinance”. Chairman Engelmann will follow-up on barking dogs. Clerk will check on information regarding Abandoned cars.

GFL Contract was discussed. Current contract received 10/13/25 has some changes compared to previous contract. Representatives from GFL will review items of concern on contract and discuss at November Meeting. Town Board agreed

Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to hire County to process 2025 property taxes for the Town of Wausaukee; Seconded by Supervisor Jicha; Motion carried.

Supervisor Mueller made a motion to schedule Budget Workshop for 6:00 pm on Thursday October 23, 2025. Seconded by Supervisor Jicha; Motion carried.

Supervisor Jicha made a motion to set Budget Hearing for Nov.11, 2025 at 6:30 pm followed by Regular meeting at 7:00 pm. Seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Motion carried.

Town Board had discussion on DNR Advisory Review of Proposed Wake Ordinance & Condition report; No action was taken.

Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to authorize Wausaukee Rec Association to begin work on batting Cage; Seconded by Supervisor Mueller; Motion carried

Supervisor Mueller made a motion take out a 12 month Certificate of Deposit for $50,000.00. Seconded by Supervisor Jicha; Motion carried.

At 8:12 Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to adjourn; seconded by Supervisor Mueller
