Members Present: Chairman Jeff Engelmann; Supervisor 1 Vicky Mueller; Supervisor 2 Brandon Taylor; Supervisor 3 Matthew Jicha; Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris
Members Absent: Treasurer Hope Wesolowski

Chairman Jeff Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7P.M.
Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Vicky Mueller; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Motion Carried.
Motion to Approve Minutes as read was made by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Motion Carried.
Treasurer Report not available.
Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.
Audience comments included Hank Novak giving update on Scenic Overlook Project. Currently there is a little hold up as the State owns the Right a Way. Hank assured the board that project will continue; State just needs a little time to review. Hank also gave an update on Laundry Mat which is in Village; but wanted to inform people that they are still looking at this building to get something done there.
Mary Hoffman spoke to the Board requesting use of the Town hall for mainly a women’s group to meet for games i.e. cards; board games; etc. Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to allow group to have access to Town Hall for community involvement; seconded by Supervisor Vicky Mueller; Motion carried.
Supervisor Dennis Taylor made amotion to extend lease with Fair association 20 years; seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha. 4 ayes; 1 nay. Motion carried.
Discussion / Action Marinette County Elderly Services request for Donation tabled until June meeting.
Jim Pickett with Rural Mutual insurance reviewed current Town Insurance and Workers Compensation policy along with answering any questions the board had. The Town Board will review value of items such as trucks & machinery. Board will report back Jim.
Equipment Fund on hold.
Chairman Engelmann reviewed quote for cutting and clean up of tree on Freele Rd. Board agreed to get quote for just limbing the tree.
Hank Novak shared his concerns about the conditions of Evergreen Cemetery i.e. roads are a mess. Hank is a member of the American Legion Post 150 of Wausaukee; They are willing to spearhead this project. He has talked with several people about this undertaking i.e. roads, trees and Mausoleum. He is hoping to get more Community Involvement
Road Construction 2025 will include Long Lake Rd; Kaiko Rd; Bielak Rd; Palmer Rd; OK Lane; Skory Rd; Pike River Rd; Deer La; Feller Rd; Roush Rd; Feller Rd.
Supervisor Matt Jicha made a motion to accept 2025 Road construction within budgeted amount; seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor. Motion carried.
Fire District 1st Quarter Report was reviewed with no comments.
Supervisor Vicky Mueller attended Capital Day in Madison. They had discussions pertaining to lobbying for money; Our State representatives continue to work for monies for roads; State Aids; also working on changing verbiage for Elected positions to become appointed by electors at Town meeting.
Clerk shared contact for GFL has resigned; she also shared “Order Authorizing Judgement for Foreclosure”
At 8:20, Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to adjourn; seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor. Motion approved.
