MINUTES
Members Present: Chairman Jeff Engelmann; Supervisor 1 Vicky Mueller; Supervisor 3 Matthew Jicha; Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris; Treasurer Hope Wesolowski
Members Absent: Supervisor 2 Brandon Taylor
Others Present: Randy & Katie Lardinois; Wayne & Phyllis Edlebeck;
Jeran Homa; Fran Gelinas; Michael A Russ; Sharon Edlebeck
Chairman Jeff Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7 P.M.
Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Mueller; Motion Carried.
Motion to Approve Minutes as read was made by Supervisor Mueller; Seconded by Supervisor Jicha; Motion Carried.
Financial Report
BOH as of 6/30/2026
Checking $4,393.45
MM General Account $ 710,684.88
Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor Jicha; Seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor, Motion Carried.
Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.
Audience Comments included Wayne Edlebeck spoke to the board of his concerns on Land development in the Town of Wausaukee.
Fran Gelinas expressed concerns of Trees and grass cutting on town roads.
Mike Russ encouraged the Board to update 20-Year Comprehensive Plan.
Chairman Engelmann opened bid for Property located at the North 50’ of the southwest1/4 in section 4, Town 34 North, Range 20 East; Supervisor Mueller made a motion to award bid to Randy & Katie Lardinois; Seconded by Supervisor Jicha. Motion carried. A Quick Claim deed will be drawn up.
Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to approve survey map for “Charlie-James Estates”; seconded by Supervisor Jicha. Motion carried.
Supervisor Jicha made a motion to approve Road names “Charlie Trail & James Drive”. Seconded by Supervisor Mueller; motion carried.
Supervisor Matt Jicha expressed concerns regarding Temporary Committee Assignments. Currently Supervisor Mueller is alternate in Chairman Engelmann’s’ absence. Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to appoint Supervisor Jicha 3rd alternate to represent at Rescue Squad meeting and Supervisor Brandon Taylor alternate for Fire District Meeting.
Seconded by Supervisor Mueller, Moton Carried.
At 7:53 Supervisor Jicha made a motion to adjourn to board of audit; seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor
THE BOARD OF AUDIT EXAMINED THE TREASURERS REPORT AND FOUND IT TO BE ACCURATE
